So I Was Thinking

Remember way back when? When Hip-hop & Nightlife first met. Maybe you don't. Nevertheless, there was a delicate balance of love & happiness. Well, today, The Nightlife of our generation seems to have suffered a major cardiac arrest! So young, so innocent... Still in her infancy stages and already her arteries are clogged with a mountain of synthetics and bull$@%t.

Not much is real anymore. Not the music, not the energy. We were told Nightlife would be ok. Just keep feeding her the same 20 songs you hear on MTV, and she'd be all right. Well, I've got news. She's not! Nightlife needs more than a playlist of cheap gimmicks and placebos to survive! She needs, progress to mature, emotion to cry, elbow-room to move and a revolution to move forward.

Enough is Enough! Nightlife must go organic, as in REBIRTH, as in TIME, as in CREAM OF BEAT. She needs real music, real energy, real people. And if you continue to dance while she's on life-support, one day, "last song of the night" will be the last song of her life! I call on the music lovers, the art dealers, the movers, shakers
& love makers. Save Nightlife!

To all who love Music, for all who need the Night, I plead! Call your fellow taste-makers. Tell them to join the movement and be a witness the morning Nightlife wakes up and croons- "last night a DJ saved my life!"
